January 10, 2015 – Wow, I can’t believe that both my credit card size computers, the Raspberry Pi and my Beagle Bone Black have been on continuously for over 130 days! Well my Raspi is on 130 days and my BBB is 6 days behind at 124 days.
I must be a computer geek because I never want to reboot my servers. I want these computers on as long as possible. It’s good that I can SSH into them and leave them running headless (no gui).
Though at some point I’d like to move them to a location where I can prevent them from moving much, but also, where they can be close to my other computers, closer to my desk top. I’d also like to keep a small fan on them. Right now they just sit under my TV.
